HR & Team ManagementRecruits, interviews, trains and maintains a high performing and motivated teamEnsures that inductions and relevant trainings are carried out for all team membersResponsible for the evaluation process of the Shop Managers and participates in the evaluation process of the Sales ConsultantsBuilds a strong succesion pipeline through feedback and coachingManages the HR administrative tasks for the allocated area (shop managers' monthly schedules, vacation days, etc.)Stock ManagementEnsures stock management accuracy and optimal stock level for the allocated areaEnsures that the IQOS locations follows the brand guildelines regarding visuals and merchandisingEnsures that the “stockroom” is organized efficientlyOrganizes random inventories to check stock and cash register accuracyPlanning and coordinatingPrioritizes tasks to maximize efficiency of the teamTakes initiative to accomplish all set goals (sales and others)Leads and motivates team by setting a positive personal exampleEnsures on time in full implementation of promotional campaigns and other loyalty programsPrepares regular or ad-hoc reportsEnsures that the IQOS locations follow strict hygiene and maintenance guidelinesEnsures all legal documentation is available and updated in order to carry out all activities in the IQOS locationsUniversity degree;Minimum 2 years experience in Retail industry;Minimum 3 years experience in a managerial role;Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor others;Excelent communication and people interaction skills;Willingness to learn, initiative and analitic skills;MS Office suite knowledge;English language – medium/advanced levelDriving licence B categoryThe position is available for a 24 months contract.
