We are seeking an Audit Team Leader who will be responsible for ensuring high‑quality execution of audit procedures, efficient task allocation, continuous coaching, and effective communication with local audit teams. The Audit Team Leader plays a key role in driving performance, maintaining quality standards, and supporting process improvement initiatives across the Audit Hub.

What will you do:
- Coordinate and oversee a team of 7–8 audit professionals, ensuring balanced workload distribution and timely delivery of assigned tasks;
- Manage incoming requests from local audit teams, including task allocation, ticket handling, and monitoring progress;
- Ensure coverage of the majority of audit areas, offering team members exposure to the full audit cycle
- Review team members’ work templates and assure compliance with methodology and quality standards
- Take ownership of the overall quality of team deliverables;
- Provide constructive, timely feedback to support continuous improvement;
- Offer day‑to‑day coaching, guidance, and motivation to team members;
- Train new joiners and existing staff on audit procedures, tools, and best practices;
- Support the professional development of the team through ongoing mentoring;
- Maintain effective communication with local audit teams to clarify requirements, align expectations, and ensure smooth collaboration;
- Prepare and deliver various reports required by managers and stakeholders;
- Assist in projects aimed at improving processes, efficiency, and quality within the Audit Hub;
- Report directly to the Department Manager and support strategic initiatives as needed;
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance team performance;
What we are looking for:
- With 3-5 years working experience in financial audit in international audit firms;
- Graduate in Economics or other relevant areas;
- Good analytic and numeric skills;
- Good planning;
- Computer skills (MS Office);
- Team player;
- Willing to continuously improve their knowledge;
- Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English;
- Entrepreneurial approach;
