"Officer - Contracts administration" job, means the administration of commercial leasing contracts and staff support services to various levels within the leasing department.

The Role You'll Play

  • Administrate the leasing contracts:
  • Extract the main points, including summaries;
  • Follow up on contractual terms;
  • Preparing and sending notification according to the contracts;
  • Checking the guarantee bank letters;
  • Checking the Insurances issued by the tenants;
  • Archiving documents;
  • Administrative support (if needed) for management and colleagues within the leasing department;
  • Organizing internal meetings and other specific events;
  • Preparing the Minutes of Meetings;
  • Reporting on request;
  • Preparing the documents for signatures File.

  • Knowledge and Experience
  • Previous experience in administrative area required.
  • Banking / Primary accounting / Real Estate knowledge will be an advantage ;
  • MS Excel knowledge;
  • Foreign languages: English.
