The Role You'll Play
- Administrate the leasing contracts:
- Extract the main points, including summaries;
- Follow up on contractual terms;
- Preparing and sending notification according to the contracts;
- Checking the guarantee bank letters;
- Checking the Insurances issued by the tenants;
- Archiving documents;
- Administrative support (if needed) for management and colleagues within the leasing department;
- Organizing internal meetings and other specific events;
- Preparing the Minutes of Meetings;
- Reporting on request;
- Preparing the documents for signatures File.

- Knowledge and Experience
- Previous experience in administrative area required.
- Banking / Primary accounting / Real Estate knowledge will be an advantage ;
- MS Excel knowledge;
- Foreign languages: English.
