What You Will Do Procurement Assist with vendor management as it relates to procurement activities, for example: monthly spend reporting. Support the end-to-end purchasing process, including vendor onboarding, review of purchase requisitions, assisting with negotiations, receiving, system configuration, etc. Partner cross-functionally with end users, Department heads, Legal, FP&A, Information Security to ensure purchases adhere to budgetary constraints, are in compliance with the Purchasing Policy and have beneficial contract terms and conditions for Appfire. Evaluation of current and future vendor proposals, contracts, and renewals Assisting teams with renewals and ensuring they are getting renewal agreements at least 90 days out General Ledger/Accounts Payable Support Assisting with ongoing receipt collection of charges in Coupa Experience recording general ledger journal entries and supporting basic account reconciliations. (Examples include prepaid, fixed assets and cash) Participate in the monthly closing process, including validation and reconciliation of credit card accounts. Manage inquiries from and communication with external vendors and internal business partners related to AP and Procurement/ Assist with the annual 1099 reporting process What We Would Like To See 2+ years of responsibility and execution within a global finance or procurement function, ideally with related SaaS/Software/Tech experience Prior experience with NetSuite preferred, but not required. Prior experience with Coupa preferred, but not required. Experience working with a multi-national company Fluent in English Ability to work independently and as part of a team to develop solutions and detect errors.
