As a member of the Customer Success team, the Associate CSM will be the primary relationship holder between N-able and its partners. Leveraging their customer service abilities, industry knowledge, and relationship building skills, they will work with said partners to ensure they are achieving value with their existing subscriptions.
More so, the Associate Customer Success Manager will drive new product adoption and achieve retention targets by delivering top client experience.
