What You'll Do
Develop and support automation and orchestration capabilities which allow us to operate at scale, including the building and running of our infrastructure and product infrastructure code bases.
Participate and influence the delivery of new service offerings, collaborate with development teams to deliver low latency, high performance, and highly available (HA) applications.
Support 24x7 availability of our internally and external services as part of an on-call rotation and Implement measures to reduce the on-call incidents.
Implement advanced services, tools, modules, and applications to improve the quality of life for software development engineers and operations engineers.
Create advanced monitoring and alerting. Gain knowledge of supported products as a user.
Work cross functionally with Support, Product, Architecture, and Engineering to provide support and assistance.
What You'll Bring
Working experience in related roles such as: site reliability engineering, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps.
Solid understanding of automation principles
Cloud infrastructure experience in AWS and Azure
Experience with orchestration and automation tools (Ansible and Terraform)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines Jenkins (preferred)
Experience working with Kubernetes (Nice to have)
Experience running Linux-based web services with a strong Linux system administration background.
