Job Description As an Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and leading audit engagements. Collaborating with a talented team of professionals, you will ensure the quality and timeliness of audit work, contributing to the maintenance of the highest standards of compliance and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring effective and efficient execution of all audit processes. Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of audit professionals. Provide coaching and guidance to foster the professional growth of team members. Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor on audit-related matters. Develop comprehensive audit plans, including risk assessment and audit objectives. Identify potential risk areas and ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulations. Review financial statements and related disclosures to assess the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting. Prepare and review audit reports, highlighting findings, recommendations, and required actions. Ensure all audit work follows relevant regulations and standards. Implement and oversee quality control procedures. Manage the audit budget and project timelines. Communicate audit results and findings to senior management and clients. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or relevant professional certification. Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
