Auto Service Manager in Sibiu

Job Description

  • Supervise daily workshop and service center operations
  • Manage mechanics, technicians, and service staff
  • Ensure timely vehicle servicing and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor repair quality, workflow, and safety standards
  • Coordinate vehicle inspections, maintenance schedules, and reporting


    • Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in automobile service management
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing and workshop operations
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to handle customer service and operational responsibilities
  • Basic technical qualification or relevant experience preferred
