Would you like to be part of this journey? Your Mission: You will be part of the Revenue Operations team, where you will manage our Go-To-Market (GTM) automation agenda. You will be responsible for coordinating, prioritizing, enabling, and reporting on all automations that impact the GTM org. Your goal will be to significantly expand the use of RPA within the GTM organization to maximize our organization’s productivity. What you'll do at UiPath:Champion the use of UiPath Platform within the GTM organization and facilitate the identification of automation opportunities Review the automation ideas submitted by the team members, evaluate their feasibility and advise on necessary steps needed for turning an idea into a live robotReport the status of the automation pipeline and projects to the GTM Operations leadership and support them in prioritizing the automation pipelinePartner with the Automation Center of Excellence (COE) and other teams within UiPath to manage the automation portfolio, remove roadblocks and ensure timely implementation of automation projectsGuide and support the team members during the creation of the Process Design DocumentsEnsure that the team members provide the business and operational information needed to the COE in a timely manner Drive the usage and continuous improvement of the existing automations in the GTM portfolioWhat you will bring to the team:Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in a Consultant, Business Analyst and/or Project Management role (especially in the context of Sales Operations). A good understanding of the GTM operations processes is preferredProcess oriented mindset, with an experience of min. 2 years in process assessment, process mapping and process designAutomation know-how, with experience of min. 1 years of RPA projects, with a solid understanding of the automation lifecycle and proven capabilities to document and review business requirements, interface communication between development teams and business ownersMinimum 2 years of experience of project or project stream coordination and ownership. Experience of working in an Agile environment is a plusStrong communication skills and Client-oriented mindset, with focus on solving problems, in alignment with business needs and available resources.Agility and versatility, ease to adjust to a dynamic and transforming working environmentExperienced user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and fluent English (written and spoken). Experience using Salesforce (CPQ) is preferred.
