Automotive Packaging CAD Engineer in Bucuresti

Responsibilities Perform general vehicle packaging activities with respect to positioning of components and creating packaging schemes and layouts;Assembling the vehicle's systems and components, taking into account all the technical-economic aspects, by using Catia V6;Create 2D/3D concept parts and assembly models using Catia V6;Participate in internal and external design reviews;Perform feasibility studies for different systems positioning;Generate and manage documentation;Participate in project meetings with the design and engineering teams to choose the best technical solution Qualifications BS in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Design, or a related field;Experience with CAD tools such as Catia V5/6 - minimum 1 year (mandatory);Previous experience in design of automotive components preferred - minimum 1 year; Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerances ;Advanced level of English: writing and speaking;Problem solving skills.
