AV Engineer/Broadcast

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and rigorously test new technical equipment, systems, and broadcast facilities.
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and networking infrastructure to ensure 24/7 operational success.
- Operate and configure advanced audio-visual systems for both onsite and remote production environments.
- Monitor system performance in real-time, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize service disruption.
- Diagnose and repair technical faults in complex equipment, networks, and signal routing systems.
- Design and implement custom technical solutions and system configurations to meet specific production needs.
- Support live events and virtual broadcasts by ensuring all technical equipment is functioning at peak performance.
- Interpret stakeholder technical requests and ensure they are delivered in alignment with production goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing innovative tools and knowledge with the team.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong technical background in hardware systems, IT networking, and audio-visual equipment.
- Hands-on experience in the installation and maintenance of complex technical systems.
- Deep understanding of production workflows and live broadcast environments.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues under pressure.
- Experience with photography, video production, or professional camera operations.
- Knowledge of advanced AV concepts such as signal routing, switching, and infrastructure design.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new, innovative technologies.
