We are looking for skilled engineering manager tohelp us develop creative solutions to answer the key business questions our clients have.You will:- Join growing and ambitious team, providing modern tech stack solutions on top ofAWS for a SAAS product company.- Manage 1-2 teams of engineers- Support architecting and implementing big data and AWS based solutions- Work together with other engineering managers and product owners- Optimize the performance of large-scale data processing pipelines and microservices- Help to apply engineering best practices and generally improve our engineeringexcellence.- Support build vs buy decisions, be responsible for teams KPI’s oversightYou are:- Minimum 4 years of experience in a developer or DevOps role- Minimum 3 s experience in managing an engineering team with proven track recordof success in delivering solutions- Experience in several of these technologies: Python, AWS (ie Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, S3, Glue, Lake Formation, EKS / K8s, CDK, Terraform)- Comfortable to dive into code and contribute to the code base- A self-organized and structured personality, knowledgeable in change managementprocess- Have an entrepreneur mindset. You are able to deal with ambiguity and help toidentify new opportunities and required improvements.- Have excellent written and verbal communication (English).Bonus points if you :Have AWS Professional certificate,Have experience in big data (ie data lake, data mesh, lakehouse) and/or ML projects, HavePrevious experience in pharma or other highly regulated environment
