Programming service engineers in relation to customers (dispatch).Advise customersEntering, modifying equipment data / keeping the SAP database up to date - service modeMaintaining the database with the installed volume IVK, ensuring the synchronization of information with SAP - service modeKeeping up to date the UI / SI situation (upgrade / updates) to be performed. Customer information about UI / SI.
