What you’ll do
As a Base Strategy Manager, you’ll be at the heart of shaping Vodafone’s marketing strategy for individual customers.
You’ll design and implement personalized offers that drive performance and customer loyalty, while continuously analyzing customer behavior to refine targeting and retention efforts.Your role will span campaign planning, strategic analysis, and cross-functional collaboration—ensuring that every initiative contributes to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term value.You’ll also play a key role in product launches, budget planning, and the evolution of our customer base, while adhering to internal policies and contributing to a safe and compliant work environment. Develop and implement the base strategy and marketing plan for the individual customer segment.Design and manage personalized offer portfolios to achieve key performance indicators (ARPU, renewals, customer retention, satisfaction, and convergence).Build analytical models to support the development of tailored offers and deepen understanding of the customer base.Lead and monitor campaigns targeting existing customers throughout and beyond their contract period, aiming to increase loyalty and reduce churn.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, data analysis, market research, communications, sales channels, finance) to create effective communication strategies and personalized offers.Participate in product launch meetings to ensure optimal communication of new offers and promotions.Prepare and maintain weekly reports and presentations to track department performance indicators.Deliver detailed commercial requirements to IT for new projects and extract insights from complex analyses to inform commercial proposals.Ensure compliance with internal policies, data protection, health & safety, and emergency procedures.Who you are
