BIM Engineer
Location: Popești-Leordeni, Ilfov, Romania
Industry: Architectural Glass Processing & Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate BIM models for architectural glass projects.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, façade consultants, and internal teams to ensure design accuracy and project requirements.
- Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and technical documentation.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and design changes.
- Support production by ensuring designs are optimized for manufacturing.
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, and Project Management throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Experience as a BIM Engineer, BIM Coordinator, or Design Engineer in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar.
- Experience with façade systems, architectural glass, aluminium systems, or curtain walls is a strong advantage.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and collaborate directly with clients and design teams.
- Good English communication skills.
