Then Kellogg Europe is the place for you because at Kellogg’s we focus on agility, growth and innovation.Our colleagues in the Finance teams are looking for a new Bucharest Center Statutory and Accounting Finance Manager.HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGWe are currently looking for an Bucharest Center Statutory and Accounting Finance Manager, who will ensure that the fiscal and statutory financial statements of ERSS are in line with corporate and fiscal accounting and policy requirements.Your main responsibilities are described as follows: • Be the point of contact for internal and external audit and local authorities. • Be responsible to build the budget exercises for ERSS, collaborating with the regional delivery leads for their specific streams. Provide insights, alerts and support for the budget exercises (people built, ZBB, business cases) for all cost center owners from Kellogg Bucharest (“ERSS”) budget.• Issue all necessarily reporting to control in an accurate way the ERSS budget and generate variance analysis underpinned by reporting and analytics.• Responsible for reviewing the Kellogg Bucharest Budget in conjunction with external 3rd party• Accountable for delivering consistent and reliable performance outcomes and actionable insights for the Regional/Global and Housed Service teams ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and/or issues.• Supports the Business Integration/FI Manager to drive a strong culture of financial discipline, operational excellence and continuous improvement to proactively manage and unlock savings opportunities in collaboration with all GBS and Housed teams .• Support any scope change request or any project, contributing with information for the business case, and then follows up the results compared to the initial business case.
