You will be accountable for the coordination and enabling the site Asset & technology leader in the overall loss prevention of the plant equipment and process technology, site facilities & buildings to support delivery of the SQCDSM metrics. You will ensure un-interrupted service is provided by 100% compliance to Local legal regulations, Quality, Health Safety & Environment management systems and standards.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Coordinate the internal and external teams to execute the Building and Facilities Maintenance program.
  • Develop maintenance plans and schedules to prevent disruptions.
  • Monitor the performance indicators.
  • Integrate the continuous improvement approach in your team and your activities.
  • Prepare and participate in audits.
  • Develop and mentor the team, leading staff through change objectives and reviewing performance on a regular basis.
  • Provide oversight and inspection of overall factory condition and creates action plans for correction/maintenance as necessary.
  • Define priorities in order to deliver the objectives and goals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with contractors for Building and Facilities services.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in managing site level Facilities or related projects.
  • Management experience and proven leadership abilities with a strong commitment.
  • Ability to multi-task in a complex environment.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Knowledge of the basic principles of maintenance plan.
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & experience in ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management skills.

    • Please note this position is based in our Clinceni Plant.
