Currently, we are seeking individuals for the position of: Business Analyst Location: Remote What will your job entail? Identifies specific business requirements (high-level demand) & clarifies importance to the value proposition; Communicates appropriately at the department and division manager level Supports the MVP definition on this basis and defines the overall expected functional test outcomes Documents the identified business requirements as a basis for estimating the solution designs and the resulting effort (BIC phase) Coordinates IT delivery to build the business case Supports the business unit as the first point of contact for IT & acts as a "pilot" through the IT processes Participates in monitoring & protocolling of the utilization & availability in accordance with the agreed SLA We are looking for individuals who have: A very good command of the English language both verbally and in writing, Knowledge of database structures and SQL queries Experience in software testing Excellent time management and problem-solving skills Knowledge of project management techniques and tools (knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies) Understanding of the software development life cycle and processes Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements Advanced knowledge of Excel, optionally VBA or Power BI Goal-oriented, proactive approach and committed to personal development, Additional advantage will be familiarity with insurance industry What we offer: Various trainings, skills development programs and access to the latest SAP technology enabling you to stay current on rapidly evolving digital technology landscape.
