As a Business Analyst you will be a vital link between clients and the development team. Your main objective will be to understand the client's requirements and successfully translate them into specifications and wireframes that help the team develop quality deliverables in an efficient manner every single sprint. Who we’re looking for : Dive deep into client requirements, gather insights, and translate them into detailed functional specifications, including wireframes, for the implementation of IT solutions in the banking sector; Analyze and refine business needs to ensure all specifications are clear, precise, and aligned with data, integration, and business requirements; Collaborate with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process by translating the requirements into test cases and ensuring system functionality meets clients' requirements; Understand and place any business requirement in the correct context; Identify interactions with other existing features and ensure functional compatibility; Ensure that documented requirements meet internal quality standards; Juggle multiple projects, balancing priorities and maintaining high standards of delivery. Requirements Experience: 5+ years in a similar role, ideally with a background in digital banking. You understand the nuances of the industry and are ready to contribute your expertise; University education in IT, Business, Finance, or related field; Problem-solving skills: demonstrated ability to approach complex problems with strategic thinking, analysis, and a knack for uncovering practical solutions; Requirements expert: proven experience in eliciting, documenting, and refining business requirements with a focus on clarity and precision; Strong communicator: excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You know how to articulate your ideas clearly and connect with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; Critical thinker: you excel at analyzing situations from multiple perspectives and have the ability to make sound decisions.
