Your role with us:
-You will work as part of a global team in the RTST (Regional Technology Services Team) organization. RTST delivers business value by providing top-tier technical, functional, and integration expertise for proprietary products.
-You would be joining a company built and run by IT professionals who love what they do and value efficiency, enthusiasm, and smart decision-making.
What youll be doing:
-Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
-Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
-Work with technical teams to ensure clear understanding and clear deliverables.
-Support project delivery and change management efforts.
-Maintain documentation and help improve business analysis practices across the organisation.
-Contribute to Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives.
Requirements:
-3-5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
-Strong understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies.
-Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - in English.
-Proven ability to liaise effectively between business and technical teams.
-Experience with requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process mapping.
-Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
Nice to have:
-Prior experience on a technical role.
-Knowledge of data analysis or visualization tools.
-Understanding of integration projects or API-driven platforms.
-Experience with cloud environments is a plus.
