Business Analyst - Customer Experience is part of the Product team and is supporting the Product Owner in translating product needs and requirements into deliverable units of work—Epics/Features/Stories that will be understandable & ready to implement by DevOps teams. She/he will work with the Product Team and partners to ensure end-product meets the business requirements. Business Analyst - Customer Experience is part of a broader Product Teams that are structured and empowered by the organization to manage their own work. The resulting synergy optimizes the Product Team’s overall efficiency and effectiveness. The role sits within Digital & Technology as part of the E-Business team and will report directly to the Customer Experience Innovation & Technology Manager. Visit our website: Heineken (heineken-dt.pl) Your daily tasks may include:Working with the Product Owner to understand, elicit, analyze, document and communicating program and platform/application requirementsEnsuring consistency of the overall solutionSupporting the Product Owner in facilitating the gathering, definition, and prioritization of requirements with key stakeholdersSupporting Product Owner in defining and owning the value definition of User StoriesSupporting the Product Owner to translate client’s business needs into product backlogs, user stories, detailed business requirements documents and use casesCompleting the user stories with Acceptance CriteriaSupporting the Product Owner to breakdown, decomposing and describing business needs into StoriesWorking ahead of team to elicit requirements for the next Sprint's StoriesProviding discipline, rigor, and technical skills to the requirements definition andvalidation processSupporting the Product Owner to engage stakeholders to ensure the Product Team is receiving necessary inputs; You are a good match if you have:2-3 years’ experience working with front-end projects (web and/or mobile)Minimum 1 year working as Business Analyst in front-end projects and/or UX/UIGood understanding of what drives excellent user experience & technologies that enable itExperience with complex programs and projects in an international environment Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and analyzing skillsExperience of working in a deadline driven environment with rapid release cyclesExperience with working in an Agile environment will be considered as a plusGood understanding of integration technologies (APIs, Dell Boomi, Solace, etc.)Fluent English writing and speaking skillsAgile mindset you can easily work in changing conditions and collaborate with various people, cultures and stakeholder levels.
