Responsibilities
Design, implement and drive scheduling systems to ensure efficient management of a team of +/- 50 members. Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize data quality Acquiring data from provided sources Interpret data and analyze results Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns relating to key performance indicators Identify anomalies in various data sources Filter and “clean” data Incorporate data analysis into designated ongoing reports Use analyzed data to build reports, identifying process improvement opportunities Enforce all organizational policies, procedures, standards and practices Other duties, consistent with skills and experience, as directed by the reporting manager Attending meetings set up by management Availability to deliver training to other associates whenever the direct outstanding requests it. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Proficient Excel knowledge, Similar work experience preferred. Work experience with ERP systems (advantage); Preferred qualifications
Proficiency in MS office (mainly Excel); Good interpersonal skills and negotiating & dispute resolution skills; Analytical skills; Excellent customer orientation and ability of multi-tasking & tasks prioritization; Preferred Skills: ERP Knowledge (SAP, Coupa knowledge is a plus); Presentation skills; Good time management & customer management What can we offer?
