Business Analyst for AI Platform in Constanţa

About the Project: At Stepwise, a Warsaw-based Software House known for engineering excellence, we're pushing the boundaries of digital innovation. We're currently enhancing our team for an ambitious project: developing a state-of-the-art AI platform tailored for the Market Research industry. This platform is built on cutting-edge technologies, including Large Language Models (LLM) like ChatGPT, RAG, and vector databases, and is rapidly evolving with new modules and integrations. The Role: We are looking for a skilled Systems Analyst who will be instrumental in maintaining the coherence and integrity of our growing AI platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless business flow and functional consistency across the system, including its integrations with external systems like Salesforce and Amplitude. Key Responsibilities: Platform Coherence: Oversee the systemic coherence of the platform, ensuring integration and functionality align seamlessly. Flow Design: Develop complex system flows, identifying corner cases and negotiating between business needs and technological capabilities. Documentation : Create clear, concise documentation accessible to both business and technical teams. Risk Assessment & Scoping: Assist the Product Owner in scoping, foresee potential risks in adding new modules or functionalities. Project Metrics: Understand and apply project success metrics effectively. Requirements: Strong background in Systems Analysis, specifically for entire platforms. Understanding of REST APIs, Business Inteligence, LLM basics, cloud technologies, databases, and software development processes. Assertiveness with a balanced understanding of both business and technology. Not suited for those with exclusively corporate or large company experience, or those focused only on documentation.  Why Stepwise?
