Join us as Business Analyst (Junior/Regular) B2B: PLN 7 500 - 13 000 + VAT LOCATION: 50% of the time i our office in Poznan / 50% Remotely Responsibilities:Perform analytical tasks in projects, acting as a Product Owner/Analyst with the support of an experienced individual.Assist the sales department during the presales stage by suggesting proposals for potential clients.Review client documents to assess their suitability for project estimation.Prepare backlogs for new projects, ensuring clear and comprehensive requirements.Run and facilitate workshops with clients. Requirements:Professional experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Manager.Minimum of 1 year of experience in the IT field (for Junior role) or minimum of 4 years of experience (for Regular role).Ability to work in a hybrid mode, spending 50% of the time in our office in Poznan.Very good command of both spoken and written English and Polish.Experience in working for a financial institution (nice to have).
