Mission
Mission:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team, contributing to the development of software applications tailored to business requirements. The candidate will be actively involved in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), within Agile frameworks, working closely with the local application architecture team and supporting the Product Owner in the decision-making process.
Responsibilities:
Understand, analyze, and qualify the business needs
Contribute to the breakdown and refinement of needs related to the Business (via Business Coverage if applicable) in support of the Product Owner
Participate in the monitoring of the Backlog and in the prioritization of requests, within its area of activity
Ensure the quality of business requirements
Contribute to the creation of new business processes
Transform the business needs into detailed user stories with clear estimation, acceptance criteria, facilitating effective communication between business and development teams
Drawing up analysis, the tests cases associated and detailing the changes / developments given to the application
Ensure that the solution meets the requirements set out to cover the business needs
Participate in identifying the Business impacts caused by the solution and defining the action plans
Work closely with product owners and participate actively in all Agile ceremonies
Share knowledge in one's field of expertise and provide functional support - support development and testing all features by ensuring that the implementation corresponds to needs Profile
Graduate of technical profile faculty
Experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
Experience in COBOL programming (minimum 4 years)
Experience with Mainframe, JCL, DB2
Experience in creating / designing functional and technical specifications, able to analyze the impact
Experience in drafting / implementing the test plan
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban...)
