— Desirable experience in B2B sales ensuring technical support for composite materials or plastics injection products;
— Communication and negotiation skills for contracts and/or projects;
— Project management knowledge especially in coordinating a technical project;
— Financial and cost management indicators skills;
— Advanced PC knowledge and technical drawing applications;
— Ability to coordinate a team;
— Initiative, finding solutions and involvement in solving new situations;
— Orientation towards ensuring quality services for customers and understanding market requirements;
— Flexibility and adaptability to change;
— Adaptive management style;
— Advanced knowledge of English;
— Knowledge of other foreign language is an advantage (German, French, etc.);
— High education in the technical field;
— Certifications or courses in project management;
— Other courses relevant for the mentioned position (finance for non-finance, leadership, etc.).
— Represents the company in front of national and international customers, suppliers;
— As Project Manager coordinates the project budget and will monitor the fulfillment of project activities;
— Carries out an analysis of the composite product's market and potential customers in the country and abroad who produce or sell products similar to those in the portfolio of the composite division;
— Plans and conducts visits to clients to identify potential for collaboration;
— Identifies understands from a technical point of view the needs of customers and offers products and technical solutions to the customer;
— Comes with business development solutions depending on the needs of the market and the technical-commercial capabilities of the division;
— Establishes together with the Division Director and the Production Manager development directions taking into account the company's strategy, technology, and existing competencies;
— Establishes and negotiates with potential clients the conditions of collaboration and participates as Project Manager in its implementation in production, being the interface between the company and the client;
— Together with the internal team in production, maintenance, quality, procurement, establishes the stages of project implementation, budgets, performance criteria. Follows the realization of the project activities and presents in front of the management its stage.
— Is the interface between the company and the client and harmonizes the interests of the parties.
