We’re looking for Business Development Director/ Manager Have you ever wondered if you truly fit in a particular environment?Let's test it out, we're looking for a person who: is a Sale Representative with 5- 10 years of experience in selling to enterprise customershas experience in IT project management (DWH, BI)has experience in selling enterprise software or professional services enterprise working with experienced customers in the industry of banking, insurance, telco, manufacturing, retail, utilities, governmenthas a successfully tracked record – happy customers behindhas experience with international clients has a fluent command of Englishis able to work with sales targets, and make results in a predictable and structured wayexperience in managed services salesis able to work in a hybrid model, visits to our office in Warsaw are required Responsibilities: Build and nurture the funnel of opportunitiesMake sales happen on expected target levelsProject and team managementAlliance with technology vendors such as MS, Tableau, and Snowflake around transactions and deliveryFull P&L, corporate communication, reporting to the shareholders, sales and delivery executionKPI managementExecution of sales cycle end to end Building relationships with the company's existing customers and attracting new ones Cooperation with the recruitment team Effectively cooperate with product and customer service teams to build value for the customerClose cooperation with the management of the company Perks?
