Aufgaben The Acquisition and BusinessDevelopment Manager is responsible forresearching, pursuing and strong-minded negotiation of new constructionprojects.ResposibilitiesAcquisition of new construction projects and management of the full pursuit until awardNegotiating with investors on major issues regarding the implementation, interpretation, alteration and extension of the scope of the construction contractBuilding business relationships with current and potential clientsCreating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferencesStrong-minded negotiation of new projects and systematically keeping in contact with clientsShall carry out the external relations with public and private clients, with engineering and design companies in connection with acquisition of new projectsShall participate in the research and bidding of the projectResponsible for monitoring of the calculations during the submission of tendersShall coordinate all tasks from the moment of bidding, check of the agreement, respectively development of technical / economic alternatives (with the assistance of specialists, for example cost estimation department etc.) in coordination with the management of the company in connection with the acquisition of projectsShall carry out on his/her own negotiations on the bids (within certain limits) as a manager, until award of the procurement Qualifikationen Completed technical education/MSc.
