Promise Group specializes in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development.
We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Business Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively contacting potential clients (leads from different marketing sources (webinars, e-books, events etc.) via online, phone, and email contact
- Qualifing leads and converting them into Sales Qualified Leads
- Setting up meetings with potential clients
- Updating information in the CRM database, preparing simple summaries and reports in Excel
- Cooperating closely with sales and marketing departments
- Supporting the Team Leader / Account Managers in achieving sales targets in line with the company’s strategy
- Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities
Our Requirements:
- Experience in customer-facing roles and interest in the IT industry
- Intermediate Excel skills (creating tables, sorting, basic reporting)
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships (including phone communication)
- Motivation and willingness to take initiative
- Strong analytical skills
- High level of commitment to achieving set goals and a strong sense of ownership for assigned tasks
- Very good command of Romanian, English and Hungarian / Czech / Polish
