Job Description
You will be asked for:
- Represent Stäubli RE on behalf of the Group in the East-EU / RO-BG region
- Develop ambitious and achievable business plans in line with ECS-RE strategy
- Achieve agreed revenue growth targets through solution selling
- Continue to grow revenue in both new and existing businesses
- Integrate and work with the existing Sales Team
- 2-way communication with Management and reporting on regular basis
- Develop business plans complying with Company’s ethical values
Main activities:
- Ownership for business-related activities and requirements, as well as for trade activities on behalf of Stäubli and representing the Company interest and brand
- Build and maintain close relationships with existing key accounts to develop sales leveraging on and positioning Stäubli brand
- Acquire and develop new accounts, achieving market leadership specifically within EPC/O&M, Developers/Asset-Owner, Utility/IPP environment for Staubli Renewable Energy product&service offering
- Work alongside the existing team to identify and develop potential markets and Customers through incoming leads/requests
- Work with the EMEA Sales Head / East-EU Sales Mgr. to set and monitor the annual Revenue and Sales budgets
- Ensure that all relevant activities relating to customer communication are recorded in the CRM for effective activity planning
- Develop and maintain sales pipeline
- Closely monitor competitors’ activity within the market
Working conditions:
- Expectation to spend up to 50% of working time travelling internationally within the East-EU / RO-BG region to meet customers and attending/representing Stäubli at commercial events
- Expected to travel to Stäubli HQ or office locations for annual/biannual meetings and events
- All necessary IT equipment – including laptop, mobile phone and tablet, shall be provided

Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
- University-level qualification in Renewable Energy or Economics/Sales&Marketing discipline or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years B2B Sales and Business Development experience
- Previous Sales/BD experience in the Solar-PV industry
- Relevant knowledge of the Large-Scale and C&I market value-chain and dynamics and related network-connections within the EPC/O&M, Developers/Asset-Owner, Utility/IPP environment
- Experience of selling solutions to the End User (EPC/Installer/O&Mcontractor) and Distributors channel, from an ‘added-value’ approach by identifying problems and offering either standard or specifically designed solutions
- Account Management and develop new Customers
- Strong communication skills
- MS Office package proficiency
- Native Romanian, fluent English language level, Bulgarian language as an advantage.
