Description :BackgroundThe Global Real Estate (GRE) Business Partner team is responsible for proactively engaging with our internal clients, to act as the interface between the wider GRE team and our clients, to ensure alignment with and understanding of GRE activities with a view to improve the Bank’s overall performance. In region, our Business Partners are the primary contact for all Real Estate related topics and are aligned with the regional business COOs working on specific in-country outcomes. Our Global Business Partners collaborate with Global business COOs, to understand their business strategies and to align the Real Estate delivery and strategy.The Business Partner team focuses on its approach to client relationship management and the structuring and cascading of client business updates and requirements throughout the wider GRE organization, working with GRE Regional Service Leads to develop integrated GRE solutions. Additionally, Business Partners, together with Service Delivery Teams, are accountable for the execution of Real Estate strategies and day-to-day operations. Functionally, Business Partners are pivotal in ensuring that the GRE organization delivers against both the strategic and tactical goals of each Business Unit, as well as at Bank-level. This can result in improved effectiveness and efficiency in delivery of services at region, sub-region and country levels, aligned with the Bank's overall drive towards complexity reduction and asset optimization. The RoleThe role under consideration is a Business Partner role supporting and reporting into the Regional Business Partner lead for UKI & EMEA (excluding Germany, Italy and Spain, Belgium).What You’ll DoCoordinate with key stakeholders in the management of Real Estate projects.Manage the documentation of location strategy related agreements/ decisions and requirements and organizing the development and progress of the location strategy.Establish relationships with regional management and manage the communications between GRE and the internal clients.Develop & maintain solutions to ad-hoc reporting/analysis requirements.Track outstanding issues/actions/queries and deliverables.Skills You’ll NeedExpert-level analytical & problem resolution skills.Ability to present complex financial data for consumption by a non-real estate audience.Strong collaboration and teamwork skills to build relations with clients and colleagues from a diverse range of backgrounds.Strong Microsoft Offices skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.Excellent organization / prioritization skills and the ability to anticipate requirements.Ability to manage confidential information and use discretion with sensitive issues.Skills That Will Help You ExcelRelationship management, negotiation and influencing skills.Being a strong team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.Ability to work within virtual global teams in a matrix organization.Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of personnel.Openness to innovation, improvement and change with an entrepreneurial spirit.Self-starter, with the ability to progress work with minimal support and guidance.Unquestionable personal code of ethics, integrity, diversity and ability to build and retain trust.Our values define the working environment we strive to create – diverse, supportive and welcoming of different views.
