Are you a Power Automate expert who is tired of seeing manual "copy-paste" processes and is itching for the green light to automate them once and for all?

This isn’t your typical Automation or HR role.

Our client has a small, high-impact global team managing benefits for employees across the world from the US to Singapore.

As the company grows, the complexity scales, but the headcount stays the same.

To win, we don't need more "process consultants" or theoretical strategies; we need a builder.

We are looking for a Technical Automation Specialist to find the manual, redundant "grind" in our workflows and kill it with automation.

You will be the pioneer of this role, sitting at the intersection of People Ops and Systems Engineering.

You won't just recommend solutions; you will build them end-to-end.

From gathering requirements with our Benefits experts to deploying the final Power Automate workflow, the "how" is up to you.

This is a fully remote B2B contract opportunity, offering you the freedom and flexibility you deserve.

Daily Rate - depending on your knowledge and experience, 800-1000 PLN + VAT    Your tasks will include: Partner with the Benefits and Leave of Absence teams to deep-dive into current manual workflows and identify "low-hanging fruit" for immediate automation.

Critically assess existing HR processes to identify and eliminate redundant steps before applying technical solutions.

Lead the end-to-end development cycle by gathering business requirements, proposing technical architectures, and translating them into functional automated workflows.

Design, develop, and deploy complex automation flows using the Microsoft Power Platform (specifically Power Automate) to handle data transfers and task triggers.

  •  Create and manage Microsoft Forms and integrated Excel data structures to act as clean, reliable data feeders for automated processes.

Seamlessly connect various tools within the company’s tech stack—including Atlassian (Confluence), Workday reporting, and the Microsoft Office 365 suite—to ensure data flows smoothly across platforms.

Take full ownership of the development lifecycle, from initial proof-of-concept and user testing to final rollout and troubleshooting.

Maintain clear, concise technical documentation of all built automations to ensure the team can manage them long-term after the contract concludes.

Act as the technical bridge between HR and the broader business, explaining technical capabilities to non-technical team members.

Support the Benefits team in adopting new automated tools, providing brief training or guides to ensure high adoption rates.

  •   To be a good fit for the Business Process Automation (BPA) Specialist role, you will have: 4+ years of experience.

Extensive hands-on experience building complex workflows in Power Automate.

You should be comfortable with both Cloud and Desktop flows.

Expert proficiency in Excel (Power Query, advanced formulas, data cleaning) Solid experience using the broader M365 suite (Forms, SharePoint, Teams, and potentially Power Apps) as components of an automation ecosystem.

Familiarity with or a strong desire to learn AI agents and chatbot development (e.g., Power Virtual Agents/Copilot Studio).

Ability to work with reporting outputs from platforms like Workday or Atlassian (Confluence/Jira) to bridge data gaps.

An HR or Benefits background is a significant plus, but not a dealbreaker if you are exceptionally tech-savvy and understand business operations.

Fluent English is required to collaborate with our global team and manage stakeholders across different regions.
