Position descriptionAs part of Mantu’s growth, we are looking for a new talent within our Finance team.Reporting to the Group Finance Transformation Manager, you will play a major role with the following tasks: Document and improve all the financial processes of the finance governance (group and local)Be a part of all the transformation projects led by the finance governance in order to ensure process application.Creation of target processes in the different projectsTranslate business needs emanating from various projects, ideas or system changes across the organisation (as strategically required) into business model requirements for developing/buying IT systems. Support the development of change management and project plans Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Ensure the sustainability of the implemented processes. Candidate profileYou are graduated in a master’s degree in Engineering.Ideally, you have a previous experience in Finance or/and as a Business Process EngineerYou are fluent in French and English.You have a good knowledge of project management and business process creation and improvement.Curious, autonomous, and eager to take leadership in your tasks, you are ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.You are at ease working on Excel, Visio, Power Point and keen on process-automation.You are creative with a critical mindset, willing to bring innovative ideas in our finance department.An entrepreneur mindset will help you to onboard and grow within the Group.
