As the Project Manager for Business and Digital Transformation within the Transformation of Industry Business Area (TI), you will begin your day aligning with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to drive strategic transformation initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that digital solutions, process improvements, and change management strategies are effectively implemented and adopted across the business. You will lead transformation projects in collaboration with Business Areas, IT, and external partners, acting as a key enabler of innovation and operational excellence. Your structured approach, clear communication, and stakeholder engagement will be essential to delivering impactful change and achieving business objectives.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Drive the adoption of new digital tools, processes, and ways of working across business units.
• Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure effective change management and communication strategies are in place to support user adoption.
• Engage with business leaders to secure buy-in and maintain alignment throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues, escalating where necessary to maintain momentum.
• Maintain strong communication channels across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
• Required for complex transformation programmes involving multiple business units and geographies.

• Proven experience in leading business or digital transformation projects in a complex, global environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple priorities.
• Deep understanding of business processes, digital technologies, and change management principles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with both global and local teams, balancing strategic direction with operational realities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, IT, engineering, or related fields.
• Familiarity with digital transformation frameworks, tools, and methodologies is highly desirable, experience with SAP is a plus
• Willingness to travel as needed to support transformation initiatives across regions.
