If you want to discover what you can do next, then this is the place for you.Main Responsabilities:Plan the procurement operations;Identify and propose new suppliers for the necessary products and services;Issue offer requests;Organize bids/tenders;Analyze the suppliers’ offers according to the commercial point of view (price, delivery date and payment type); Enter the supplier data into SAP;Transmit the order to the supplier/Issue the order to the supplier and follow up the orders until goods receipt;Negotiate and administer contracts;Keep the track on contracts;Issue periodical reports specific to procurement activities;Ensure the compliance of the terms and conditions withorders;Enter in SAP the future prices for bought products;Clarify with supplier any possible/ occurred non conformities (quantity and/or quality);Maintain strong relationship with Sales, Planning, and Manufacturing Departments.
