JYSK Romania, is looking for a competent Call Center Supporter . Your main tasks will be:
- put customers first and deliver a great experience
- enjoy communicating and helping customers in different channels
- provide professional advice and solutions for the customer

- support the stores and provide efficient cooperation within Retail
The ideal candidate is:
- a person with a minimum 1 year experience in one similar position,
- positive, energetic and willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy
- enjoying working in a fast-paced Customer Service Center with constant multitasking
- enjoying being a great team player
- customer ambassador, being in the front line with the customers and providing the best Customer Service within any channel preferred by the customer
- service minded and have a friendly, open and patient approach.
English is considered an advantage.

The schedules in Customer Service is from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:30 and 09:00 to 17:30 during weekends. You will work in shifts.
