OurApplications and Platform Support teamis looking for an experienced IT application custodian to join our supporting team.
This team provides mission-critical ITsupportservices tokeybusinessapplications andsystems.
What you will be doing
As a member ofourteam, you willparticipateinadministrationa wide variety of complex applications and systems to ensure the highest levels of service and availability toPwCclients.
Diagnose and resolve complex incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other IT teamsor 3rdparty vendorsto troubleshoot and resolveapplications issues.
Maintain and update documentation for processes, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles.
Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices during all support activities.
Activelyparticipatein meetings with business owners to gather new application requirements, discuss existing issues, andidentifyopportunities for service improvements.
Following ITIL Standards.
What we need from you
At least 2 years or professional experience in Level 1 IT support.
Professional knowledge of the English language (at least at a B2 level).
Team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Open minded,self driven, eager to learnnew technologiesand put newlyacquiredknowledge into practice.
Exceptional collaborative and communication skills.
Nice to have:
ITIL Foundation Certification.
Microsoft Azure administrationexperience.
Level 2 application support experience.
Experience with ServiceNow.
