JOB PURPOSE:
Contributes to the development of the Sanofi performance in Romania, by coordinating and providing a smooth timely supply of the local stock and deliveries to distributors according to the company procedures.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Managing the process of acceptance, confirmation and enforcement of orders until delivery, in accordance with the methods of supply chain SD (wholesalers & around 500 pharmacies, monthly)

Based on documents provided by the client, which are checked by responsible person (pharmacist) in accordance with procedures and processes in place

Creation of master data & info record in SAP for new products and for those that changed the GMID and TP annual update for the entire portfolio, including vaccines

FM Logistic data transmission to create new products

Perform export operation in Moldova

Preparing the OOS & Stock Alert and KPI reports for the entire portfolio

Kinaxis (forecast, production planning stoc, KPIs)

Uploading wholesaler stock and distribution reports to Hawaii platform
-
Preparation of acquisition reports for Intrastat and for the environment fund
JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS:
Education:

University Degree preferred
Experience:

Minimum 1 year in a similar position

Based in Bucharest area

Excellent English language skills, Romanian native language

Pharmacist experience is preferable, Regulatory workload advantageous
