Our people bring deep industry knowledge to help you succeed.Main Responsibilities include: Prepare and check PFD and HMB. Prepare and check P&ID, UFD, MSD, and C&E diagrams. Review and check the design for vessels, pumps, tanks, heat exchangers, and lines as per standards and tools. Review and check the safety valve relief load calculation (as per API standard). Review and check data sheets for equipment, packages, instruments, CVs, and PSVs. Prepare design basis, process description, and process simulation report. Conduct static simulation study in Aspen Hysys. Conduct line sizing and pressure drop calculation. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, vendors, and clients. Ability to communicate effectively and clearly inside and outside the team. Ability to organize data and work in an efficient and clear and precise manner. Strong attention to detail. Ability to interface with other Offices and Clients. Problem-solving skills and finding the most suitable solutions for our clients. General learning and decision-making abilities. Concern for the improvement of professional training. Responsibility, conscientiousness, rigor in carrying out the tasks, and self-motivated. Cooperation with other colleagues, teamwork. Good verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.Skills / Qualifications : B.Tech / M.Tech (Chemical Engineering) Post qualification 3 – 5 years of experience is desirable. Hands-on experience in simulation software and design tools ( Aspen Hysys preferably ). Computer operational skills in Autodesk AutoCAD 2D and AutoCAD Plant 3D P&ID ( Intelligent P&ID) will be an advantage. Knowledge of American and International standards. Experience in basic engineering, FEED, and detail engineering projects for oil & gas, petrochemical, water, and wastewater sector for International clients.
