Job Description
- Process owner for claims management in plant
- Key account for internal customer (Manufacturing)
- Ensure deliveries during claims management
- Making decision for Quality at border line
- Define and control containment actions (re-work, sorting, delivery stop, concession,etc)
- Sending Q-alerts to other Bosch plants
- Coordination and execution of analyses for internal and external claims due to deviations at purchased parts
- Plausibility checks and training or support of sorting operations
- Collecting of plant failure cost for reimbursement
- Cooperation during production trial runs
- Order of 3rd party sorting
- Preparation and leading of internal/external quality meetings in plant
- Create and develop reports and documentation
- Analyse of Quality data; Lesson learned into new projects or products
Qualifications
- 8D, claims management, quality tools
- English minim medium conversational skills
- Engineer, university degree mechanic, mechatronic, electronic, quality,
