We deliver amazing outcomes using leading edge technology through innovative and creative thinking.WebBeds is a subsidiary of Webjet Limited (ASX: WEB) – an ASX 200 listed company operating a global digital travel business.What makes us stand out?We are a wholesale global travel organizationWe have 1500+ people speaking 50+ languages in 120+ cites across 50+ countries We partner with over 430,000 properties in more than 15,000 destinations We work with more than 44,000 travel companies in 139 source markets We have an amazing Technology team focused on delivering valuable outcomes using innovative tech and creative & lateral thinkingIn this role you will  Lead negotiations with internal and external partners to achieve favourable outcomes, with minimal losses. You will be developing and sustaining commercial relationships with internal departments, suppliers, and customers, and will be aiding management in developing efficient processes and control procedures.Key responsibilities Resolve disputed bookings from customers and suppliers/hotels, liaising with commercial, purchasing and customer service teams promptly for all bookings. To be a key point of escalation for other teams in the finance department, suppliers, and customers through investigation and negotiations. Ensure accurate notes are filed on the booking platforms. Highlight common issues which cause booking disputes, and feedback to managers on issues driven by a single source. Maintain record of resolved and unresolved disputes and prepare data for monthly reporting as required by the business. Ensure response turnaround to internal and external partners is in compliance with departmental policy of 48 hours. Make suggestions for improvements to dispute resolution processes within relevant departments. The skills we would love to see in your suitcase!Excellent negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Customer, Suppliers and Commercial Teams. Advanced Excel skills. Ability to work to strict deadlines and achieve required targets results. Strong communication, interpersonal and client relationship management skills. Proactive and results driven, delivering on commitments.
