Client Service Specialist - 6 months in Bucuresti

We are looking for a Junior Customer Desk Planner to join our team and support daily logistics operations and customer interactions.

 What You’ll Do:

As a Junior Customer Desk Planner, you will support the coordination between customers and internal teams, helping ensure smooth order processing and on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management Support
  • Enter and update customer orders and forecasts in SAP

    Support validation of customer demand vs. available capacity

    Assist in flagging potential delays or inconsistencies 

  • Customer & Logistics Communication
  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to deliveries

    Follow up on shipment status and communicate updates to customers

    Support coordination of urgent or special shipments

  • Demand & Delivery Tracking
  • Monitor demand and delivery data and escalate issues when needed

    Support preparation of reports related to delivery performance

  • Complaint Handling (Support)
  • Help track customer complaints related to logistics

    Assist in following up on resolution actions

  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with planning, logistics, and production teams

    Participate in team meetings and provide input when needed

  • Administrative Tasks
  • Maintain and update SAP data

    Support documentation (proof of delivery, reports, etc.)

    Assist in audits and internal processes

    What We’re Looking For:

    Education

    Bachelor’s degree (or final year) in Business, Engineering, or similar

    Experience

    Up to 1–2 years of experience (internship or junior role)

    Exposure to supply chain, logistics, or customer service is a plus

    Skills

    Good communication skills in English (German/French/Italian is a plus)

    Basic analytical thinking and attention to detail

    Good organizational skills

    MS Office knowledge: SAP is a plus (training will be provided)
