What you’ll do:
- Support the Offer Management team by preparing business analytics, presentations, and status reports on assortment;
- Collaborate and coordinate cross-departmental communication to ensure data availability and the timely delivery of management reports;
- Interface with Category Managers and internal stakeholders to clearly understand analysis needs and define the what, how, and when of each request;
- Transform large datasets into useful and relevant insights that support strategic and tactical decision-making;
- Analyze reports and performance data to identify trends, assess variances, and explain deviations from goals or previous periods;
- Identify new opportunities for process improvement and efficiency;
- Assist in designing and building new reports and analytical tools.
Qualifications

- Strong numerical skills and comfort working with large data sets
- Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable in spotting and solving issues
- Able to work independently and as a collaborative team member to meet internal deadlines
