Job role We are seeking a Commercial Service Manager for Allianz Technology ServiceNow Platform who brings experience in IT Service Management and has a strong background IT Software Development environment. The Commercial Service Manager ensures that all commercial aspects are managed in a professional and transparent way. Transparency is key and needed as a prerequisite to make proper business decisions. The Commercial Service Manager is responsible to manage the Service P&L and therefore must ensure revenue and must implement cost control. Besides the general licence management, it is as well needed to develop future strategies for further service development. Commercial Service manager is responsible for Customer Contracts and SLA of ServiceNow Service What you will do Manage P&L by cost controlling and revenue assurance. This includes the charging customers, corrections, and handling of invoices. Plan P&L and product materials to assure the Service will be managed profitably. Establish Reports and forecast to ensure Service can adopt to market evolution. Manage the Purchase Orders for hiring external capacity or licences. Ensure value chain, approvals, briefings and create full transparency on budget spent and planned Control of internal and external Labour cost planning & controlling Manage Licences, create transparency and support management for service planning Work on Product evolution and create attractive Service Offerings to internal and external customers Manage & create Customer Contracts Maintain Service Description and ensure Service SLAs by keeping transparency Establish financial Dashboards & KPIs to easy access relevant data for business decisions Liaise with Financial units for data analysis, controlling, planning, and forecasting. What you bring Completed degree with a focus on information technology / business informatics or similar qualification. A masters or post-graduate degree in comparable studies is a plus. 4-5 years in IT software development environment and Financial Controlling You have Multiple years of experience in the IT industry with focus on IT Service Management and Finance Controlling. Profound knowledge about financial management and the relevant processes and stakeholders in large industries. Excellent data analytics skills with the relevant tools like Excel, SAP, ServiceNow PPM. Ability to structure complex topics into key messages & transparency needed for business decisions. Proven track record and experience in designing KPIs and practicing performance management within agile projects Deep understanding of business impact & value of all aspects within IT Service Management. You strive for customers Satisfaction and want to build best in class Customer experience. Knowledge and experience in ITIL framework and Project Portfolio Management. Understanding & experience of IT software development and all connected processes as well as Application landscapes. Experience in agile methodology. Excellent Communication Skills on all level to connect according to relevant audience form technical level to C-level.
