YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Continuous collaboration and alignment with other engineering disciplines and global community Alignment of interfaces and solutions with other engineering disciplines Re-use of solutions and best practices done in other projects Prepare PLC Software according to PLC standards and consider project specific extension Perform IO-Checks, Configuration of PLC Hardware, test of interfaces and automated processes during pre-commissioning and commissioning of AVL PLC systems Perform tests according to test case lists and check lists including a proper documentation of carried out tests Ensure testbed Safety according to Safety Matrix by a complete and repeatable test procedure Support continuous improvement of Standards by providing constantly feedback Provide a documentation created in parallel to the commissioning process YOUR PROFILE:
University degree in technical field: Automation/Electronics/Computers At least 1 year of experience in PLC programming Knowledge of SIEMENS PLCs (at least one System family, S7-300/400 or S7-1200/1500) and HMIs(either programmed in WinCCflexible or TIA) is considered a plus Skilled in all programming languages defined in IEC61131, experience in Safety PLC programming is considered a plus Knowledge in commissioning of VFDs and industrial communication protocols (preferably SINAMICS and ProfiNet/Profibus or Modbus-TCP) Understanding of electrical drawings and process & instrumentation diagrams Willingness to travel approx. 50%-60% of the time Good English knowledge Results oriented WE OFFER:
