Descrierea Jobului: Participa la intocmirea raportarilor periodice catre autoritati in conformitate cu legislatia in vigoare; Participa la realizarea auditului anual si a altor misiuni similare, prin contributia la pregatirea documentelor specifice solicitate de auditorii financiari externi, auditori interni si organe de control; Organizeaza evidentele financiar – contabile conform legislatiei in vigoare; Operatiuni de trezorerie; Inregistrarea operatiunilor bancare in lei si devize, verificarea soldurilor bancare in lei si valuta, reevaluarea lunara a disponibilului in valuta; Inregistrarea lunara a deconturilor de cheltuieli; Participa la intocmirea declaratiilor fiscale; Participa la intocmirea rapoartelor financiare catre societatea mama si autoritati locale; Justifica lunar, la termenele stabilite prin proceduri, soldurile si analiza rulajelor pentru conturile alocate din balanta de verificare; Participa la furnizarea de analize si rapoarte catre management si colaboreaza, in acest sens, cu alte departamente. Candidatul Ideal: Absolvent studii superioare – profil Economic / Financiar Contabil; Experienta profesionala in domeniul financiar contabil, banci si/sau IFN-uri – constituie un avantaj; Cunostinte aprofundate privind legislatia financiar-contabila, fiscala in vigoare care reglementeaza activitatea financiar-contabila; Cunostinte MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word); Capacitatea de analiza si sinteza, flexibilitate, atentie la detalii; Rigurozitate, seriozitate, initiativa, abilitati de comunicare constructiva; Integritate, tenacitate si spirit de echipa; Capacitatea de intelegere si reactie rapida; Experienta in utilizarea sistemelor informatice complexe de tip ERP – constituie un avantaj; Capacitatea de a obtine rezultate ale muncii care prezinta in mod constant acuratete; Cunoasterea limbii engleze – nivel avansat.
