Responsibilities Induct new hire batches and conduct in-depth pre-process and process training for new hires.Identify training need intervention and conduct timely refresher training.Attend calibration session and work with FLMs to ensure all FLMs and their respective teams are on the same page.Conduct RCA for top error drivers.Work with FLMs on error improvement action plan.Contribute insights to improve guidelines, system, and decisions. Verifying insights provided by reps. ·High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment.·Excellent communication, consulting, influencing and interpersonal skills.·Passion for ensuring a world class support experience for our community. ·Demonstrated ability to perform well in a rapidly changing environment and across multiple sites/teams.·Must be flexible to work weekends as required.·Must be flexible to work Evening/Overnight as required.
