With a worldwide footprint of engineering centers, testing labs and manufacturing facilities, Garrett serves all major automotive companies to implement key differentiated technology offerings.Bucharest plant GEM Projects Coordinator & AnalysitResponsibilities: • Develop action plans to standardize & sustain GEM level across the entire plant.• Create and annually review the plant's engagement plan for the long and short-term implementation of GEM.• Define local objectives for continuous improvement systems, aiming for consistent organizational development at the factory level.• Responsible for change management; propose initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency.• Coordinate plant-level change activities, including process improvements.• Accountable for leading and managing organizational changes related to GEM.• Collaborate with the management team to continuously improve processes and ensure the implementation of new procedures.• Adhere to agreed-upon deadlines with the GEM Manager and the management team.• Collaborate with the global/regional GEM team and support standardization projects within the GEM framework.• Conduct weekly or monthly audits to track adherence to the agreed-upon standardization level.• Responsible for GEM Scorecard & metrics up to date and within the target.
