Contract Administration Manager in Bucuresti

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer data management:

  • Ensures customer data is accurate and up to date in Accor’s in-house tool (MEGA)
  • Is responsible for contract translation into invoicing instructions once contract is received, while verifying the effective start conditions in collaboration with development teams.
  • Ensure contracts are registered in billing tool to allow invoicing treatment
  • Configure hotel Owner’s information and services in the billing tool based on the details provided by the sales / operations teams

Qualifications

Education and Language Requirements:

  • Bachelors in finance (or Legal) is essential.
  • Fluency in French and English required

Professional Experience and Skills:

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in finance as minimum

Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with tier1 ERP, Oracle or SAP, Billing tools, contract management tools are desirable.

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and management abilities.
  • Keen attention to details.
