We’re happy to introduce a role that supports our growing commercial and project operations across the region. As a Contract Manager - Romania, you will safeguard the contractual lifecycle and support the successful execution of our energy projects. Curious what the mission looks like? Here it is:
- Manage the full contract lifecycle from drafting to signature, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and project requirements.
- Review contractual terms to identify risks and propose mitigation strategies in cooperation with legal, finance, and project teams.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and EPC partners to clarify obligations and maintain compliance throughout project execution.
- Track contract performance, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
- Support negotiations by preparing summaries, redlines, and recommended positions for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain structured documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of contract management processes.
Your profile

- Experience in contract management, commercial coordination, or project administration.
- Understanding of contractual structures used in EPC, energy, or technical project environments.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and an organized way of working.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both internal teams and external partners.
- English C1; Romanian fluency; other European languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with negotiation basics, legal terminology, or project workflows is beneficial.
